Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every period until you cancel.

Service Availability

AI Story Writer services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party AI service interruptions. We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your subscription any time, via Profile→My Plan→"cancel the subscription" or by contacting the online customer service, before your renewal and avoid billing of the next period’s fee to your chosen payment method. Your cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the period for which you paid a fee. You may continue to use the subscription until your cancellation is effective and no refund will be issued.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on our Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

You agree not to use AI Story Writer to create content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
• Is inappropriate for children or violates child protection laws
• Contains personal information of others without consent

3.4. Usage Limits

Free users may have limited access to AI Story Writer features. Paid subscribers receive enhanced access based on their subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify usage limits and feature availability at any time.
